SALES/FINANCE/REVENUE CYCLE VP - HEALTH PAYMENT SYSTEMS, INC. 2006-2011

As part of \"two guys in a garage\" PPO network (with a twist) start-up
Company there was a need to wear many hats: Initial role was to design,
develop and implement - from scratch - a revenue cycle system which
recognized the uniqueness of the HPS product. Included in the process was
purchase decision and implementation of commercial collection software
which worked with an alpha-site proprietary claims system.

As VP-Finance designed, developed and implemented accounting and budgeting
system. Additionally, during tenure developed financial models for cash
projections and sales unique to the company.
As Sales Executive worked with insurance consultants/agents and third party
administrators to provide employers with providing a provider network with
unique selling propositions unlike any other in the industry - Sales
doubled in 2009 and increased 35% in 2010.
