Plant Administration:

 To facilitate in HR operations and coordinate with concerned departments regarding: annual increments, promotion, interviews, appointment, maintenance of staff personal files, etc.

 To process full & final settlement of employee.

 To managed HR supporting salaried and union employees. This included having overall responsibility for Plant labor relations, local payroll, HRIS administration, benefits administration, training support, workers compensation claims management and personnel records maintenance.

 To contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.

 To maintain and ensure efficient systems for administrative records and personal files.
