Why Us?

You are likely used to reading incredible statements only to find out the statement was a play on words and really nothing more than a trick! We claim that our system will get you into the best shape of your life in just 7minutes, 3 times per week....the only misleading part there is that we don\'t \"claim\" it to be true....we GUARANTEE it!!

You clicked to learn more because you want some proof that it does work and of course some information about why it works.

Let\'s start with the proof that it does work by offering you a glimpse at some of the testimonials from our beta tester group....that\'s right, this is a brand new program that you WILL hear a lot about as people learn about our system and why other systems have lead to nothing more than failures....not YOUR failure, THEIR failure! Did you know that according to Forbes magazine, the fitness industry is the only growth industry in America where 98% of its customers fail!? Incredible right!?

Listen to what our beta testers have to say about our program and then we will explain more about why you hate exercise, how the fitness industry has failed YOU (no, it is not the other way around like they try to make you believe) and how you can get into the best shape of your life in 7minutes, 3 times per week with our program....GUARANTEED!

Now you know that is DOES work....let\'s have a look at why:

We did not say this before we offered you proof that our system works because with all the nonsense out there, it is hard enough to believe our claim about 7minutes, 3 times per week being enough. The real truth is that it not only works, it is BETTER than training more!

This is not just for fitness newbies! We have programs for beginners who have never exercised in their lives but we also have programs for competitive elite level athletes. In fact, our company founders, Joel Therien and Chris Reid used this program themselves during their competitive athletic careers, Joel as a world class natural body builder and Chris as an International Martial Arts competitor.

None of the programs exceed 7minutes, 3 times per week! As your fitness improves...and it will quite quickly, we do not increase duration, just intensity.

Let\'s address the emotional connection between exercise and the desire to skip it or embrace it. To keep it simple, we have a natural chemical reaction designed to protect ourselves from things that we do not enjoy or that our bodies recognize is bad for us. Those reactions are recognized by the brain as negative emotions or feelings. Once this happens, the very thought of the activity that produces those negative emotions will create powerful feelings that cause you to skip or delay the activity. We call it common sense, the fitness industry calls it laziness!

Not everyone is born the same way. There are people who get pleasure from varying degrees of pain that is brought on by a number of different scenarios and yes, the people who are drawn to exercise are often people who react positively to stimulus that would evoke negative emotions in most people. When they are presented the typical fitness program that others like them have created...they love it! They love panting and gasping as they run on a their legs wobble from exhaustion, they get an emotional high from pushing further and when they finally collapse....they lay there exhausted claiming they just had \"the greatest workout of their lives\"

They are convinced that these methods have the best payoff and they are basing that decision on the positive emotional response they had after they completed the exercise routine. They recognize that their feelings are not the norm. They realize that most people would not put themselves though so much....yet they forget to notice the emotional response they had as compared to the others they see giving up. There is a sense of pride in performing the routine because it is so difficult, there is a sense of certainty that their athletic prowess is achieved because they can endure it while others are too soft and lack the discipline needed. \"No pain no gain\"....right? Wrong!

We have heard the expression that \"less is more\" right? We also all know athletes who have endured knee issues, shoulder problems, back problems and other chronic pain....all of these conditions are associated with over training. In fact, many professional athletes spend their lives beyond the age of 40 in chronic pain caused by excessive training...yet I can go to a department store and buy a DVD teaching me their training routine. It really makes no sense.

The bottom line on these excessive programs....they obviously don\'t work. People do not do them. The majority of people do not react the same way to the exessive training that these athletes force upon themselves and then try to force upon the masses. Worse yet, it turns people away from exercise altogether and it is ruining the lives of people who simply cannot motivate themselves to suffer for 45 minutes or longer.

We improve muscles by breaking them down and then rebuilding them. How long does it take to break down a muscle? Not long. Using resistance during a movement, it is quite possible to break down a muscle by repeating a movement just 5 or 6 times. Once that has been done, muscles can be broken down further by doing a different movement that uses the same muscle groups in a different way. Again, resistance is added so that the muscles can no longer perform the movement at all after only 5 or 6 repititions. In our program, we use this simple method and muscle groups are given 3 or 4 different movements (exercises) to perform until failure. Failure is the term we use when the muscles can no longer perform under the same circumstances. Perhaps you were able to do 1 pushup, but after you did your 5th, you could no longer do any. This is an example of muscle failure. The muscles were no longer able to perform and a 6th pushup was impossible.

We will guide you through exactly what to do and how to do it. 3 or 4 exercises done only 5 or 6 times will completely breakdown a muscle group. Forcing the muscles to continue is pointless and results in over is possible to over tenderize meet by pounding it into mush, the same is true for our muscles.

Once the muscles are broken down, they require 10 full days to fully recover. Again, most programs will have you target a muscle group too early and never give the muscles the opportunity they need to improve and rebuild themselves into stronger healthier muscle tissue.
