Our ultimate goal is transformed lives and transformed communities, meeting
the spiritual needs of the hopeless ones, by partnering with local Pastors
in Juarez, Mexico and their congregations to serve their communities. We
build homes for the homeless, provide medical care for the sick and offer
expanding educational support for the children in the poorest, most remote
colonias of Juarez. We build in Juarez and also have been doing local
Denver weekend builds with sponsoring groups and send the homes,
unassembled to Juarez. Goal this summer is to build 20 homes that we can
send to Juarez... The home can be built in 4-6 hours, depending on how
many show up.

Tharco Container, Inc., Denver, CO March 2000-December
2010
Sales Consultant
Trained, developed, marketed, tested, sampled, and teamed up with 12 local
Distributors to sell stock and custom corrugated boxes and solutions-
$35,000 average of new and current account sales each month.
* Developed a \"New Product Item Meeting\" that reduced internal
production
costs by $225,000 year, and continue to be successful for the last 7

corrugated boxes and other packaging supplies
* Built strong relationships with-4 key corrugated vendors to grow our
business from zero dollars to 6 million in 3 years.
* Created and implemented a pricing matrix that was used for custom
corrugated to compete on the direct market that produced over 4
million dollars on the 3rd year, and raised the overall packaging
margins in Denver by 7%.
* Increased sales in other packaging products by 18%, because of custom
boxes.
* Negotiated better margins of 11% on stock boxes and up to 35% on
volume buys of stock boxes, due to the custom program.

A very proud Father/Uncle to have helped 3 kids through college. Jessica,
a 2006 Graduate from Ft. Lewis College, Colorado. Jenna is a senior at the
University of Colorado, Boulder. Grant is a freshman at Ft. Lewis College.

Missions Ministries, Juarez, Mexico
Excited to be associated with a great group of men at Missions Ministries,
who is transforming lives and transformed communities. MM is meeting the
spiritual needs for the hopeless, building homes for the homeless,
providing medical care for the sick and expanding educational support for
the children of the transformative team experiences. We plan on building 30
homes to this year to help keep families warm, safe, and give them hope.

Manna Ministries, Cherry Hills Community Church, Highlands Ranch, CO
This Ministry is a weekly food bank, clothing bank, medial clinic, and
haircuts to individuals and families, to help individual and families that
just need a little help. We average 125 families, or up to 350 people a
week and we demonstrate the love of Jesus by offering them basic needs that
can help them get through the week and to let them know they are not alone
and that people acre. Many of them when they get back on their feet, come
back to help others. In December, we provided for over 350 families, a
complete, and ready to cook, Christmas dinner in the Highlands Ranch area.

Personal Activities
I enjoy running in charity events, hiking, and bike riding. When I have
some spare time I enjoy golfing, skiing, and being in the company of
friends.
