BIOGRAPHY OF DEBBIE WALMSLEY

Background: Born in Cranbrook BC, June 30, 1961. After graduation in 1979,
attended East Kootenay Community College, and made the decision to join the
insurance industry in 1980. In 1981, moved to Prince George and began a 27
year career with Hub International Barton Insurance. She moved to her
current home in the city of Chilliwack BC in 1991. Well known as a
successful businesswoman in the insurance industry, in 2009 she made the
jump to a career as a personal development and talent assessment consultant
with Dynamic Leadership Inc.


Positions Held: She recently retired from her position as Vice President
of Sales for the South/Island region at HUB International. HUB
International is the tenth largest insurance broker in the world. During
her career, she held several positions that ultimately showcased her
talents in several areas that led to her promotion to Vice President of
Sales. These included:

Manager of Retail Locations
IT - Systems customization/Pre-Post Acquisition Team Member
Computer Training
Processing Center Development and Management
Director of Personal Insurance
Call Centre Project Manager for National Home & Auto Program

Education: Debbie is a graduate of Mount Baker Senior Secondary. She has
written the required examinations and qualified as a Canadian Accredited
Insurance Broker. Debbie is also a Certified Professional Behavioral
Analyst, A Certified Professional Motivational Analyst, and a Certified
Professional Trimetrix Analyst.


Seminars and Lectures Given:

In addition to his specific insurance education background, Debbie has lead
seminars on the following topics during her 5-year term on the Leadership
development team:

o Change management
o Customer service
o Sales techniques
o Talent assessment and employee selection
o Confrontation and Conflict management
o Personal development

This is not a complete list. Debbie\'s background as a manager with over 200
employees has qualified her to lecture on virtually any workplace
challenge. Debbie has also facilitated a CAIB course in Abbotsford, been a
panel member at the Fraser Valley\'s Women\'s Association, and spoken on
Leadership/Mentorship at the Women in Business conference in Chilliwack.
