Responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with subcontractors and staff, ability to manage, schedule and coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, safety and equipment, contract administration, and insure plans and specifications are met. Provide on-site management and quality control to ensure projects met time and budget requirements, and are built in accordance with contract documents. Work closely with architects and engineers in reviewing drawings and specifications. Schedule, conduct and participate in project meetings. Oversee cost control/coding and payroll. Prepare budgets, estimates, bids, proposals, schedules, contracts, subcontracts, and work scopes. Negotiate subcontract agreements, purchase orders and general contracts with clients.

Coordinating all warranty items and saw them through to completion.
