I\'ve been in the travel business for over 23 years, having done everything under the sun from work on cruise ships for cruise lines such as Celebrity and Regency, major hotels, car rental agencies and in travel agencies for major companies like American Express and AAA.

Travel has been my life and passion since I was a child. I\'m a native of Italy and I\'m bi-lingual. I read, speak and write Italian and have an understanding of the Spanish language.

I\'m also a certified expert in travel to all Caribbean destinations and a member of the Caribbean Tourism Organization, Northern CA Chapter, Traveltribe, OSSN.

I hold TIC (Travel Institute Certified) credentials for not only the Caribbean but for Sandals. Italy, the United Kingdom,South Africa, Super Clubs, Mexico and many, more.
In addition to those certifications, I am also certified in the cruise industry on all the major cruise lines (Crystal, Cunard, Princess, Holland, Celebrity Cruise Lines) many more and major hotels like (Hyatt and Marriott, Starwood).

I\'ve traveled the globe both personally and professionally which will help me to better serve you with not just knowledge of the destinations you may want to go to but shared experiences as well in having actually gone to the places you may go for your trip.

My dedication to providing excellent customer service sets me apart from others in as much as my goal is to handle every single detail of your trip and all you have to do is worry about having the time of your life when you leave.
