For example, for the past 4 years I have been an instructor for CR England where I have had the ability to coach, mentor, inspire, and motivate students. I have been able to guide and challenge subordinates towards goal accomplishment. As a result, I have the ability to adapt my leadership style to a variety of situations. In addition, I worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken for over 23.5 years.
