Oleg is an entrepreneur who has started his career on the technical side of IT projects. First, he was involved in the development of a hotel/restaurant information system East Concept as a programmer. Later he joined Diamedx, where he has led the web-based information system from an idea to implementation and roll-out to clients. As the product evolved, Olegs scope of responsibilities was expanding from strictly technical to project management and coaching of an agile team. Oleg has got a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology from York University and a Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business. Oleg has also received Scrum Master certification and Toastmasters Competent Communicator designation. In his free time, Oleg is serious about sailboat racing, which allows him to test ones limits while dealing with stiff competition and tough weather conditions.
