1. Lead Model Work Order Assessor. Passport Version 10 Expert: July
20/09....currently working for the Commerce Foundation at Bruce Power
reconfiguring 34,000 Preventive Maintenance Model Work Orders. Lead
for Mechanical Maintenance Assessors. Assigning and tracking work and
performing quality assurance checks for those assigned under my lead.
Assisting assessors as required and correcting their model work orders
where necessary. Researching current model work orders and associated
procedures before reassessing to new standards as directed by the
Commerce Foundation. Creating new maintenance processes and
procedures for Temporary Change Configuration, Model Clearance Orders,
Model Radiological Exposure Permits and Pressure Boundary requirements
to ensure that Generated work orders are born in the ready status and
no longer requiring intervention by Bruce Power Assessors. Training
new assessors as they arrive in the new business processes and
coaching them so they can complete clean and effective Model Work
Orders. Preventive Maintenance program and Passport version 10 expert
in Preventive Maintenance, Assessing, Master Equipment List, Bill of
Materials, Temporary Change Configuration, Radiological Permits,
Material Management, Predefineds, PM Requirements and Action Tracking
Modules. Knowledge to implement Passport Version 10 tool so it is
best optimized to complete the Preventive Maintenance process.

1. Maintenance Manager Darlington and Pickering Nuclear
Supervised staff to ensure all the work Maintenance work on the weekly
work plan was completed on time. Supported maintenance outages. Hired,
trained and supervised new full time Fire Protection maintenance staff.
Set up the maintenance training program and qualification process for the
new staff. Performed staff performance appraisals and implemented
disciplinary measures and attendance management when required.
Participated in radiological emergency drills. Audited these drills also
and created reports and follow up actions.
Created drill scenario\'s, and conducted fire, rescue, hazmat and
medical drills with follow up reports and plans to correct drill
deficiencies. Also, step-up as Section Manager.

2. Work Coordinator
Coordinated maintenance activities with other work groups to ensure that
all activities were completed on time to support the weekly plan.
Created a new work program for the new full time Fire Protection
Maintenance staff of 60. Created new procedures and forms where required.
Purchased specialty tooling and trained staff accordingly. Initiated 20
new work program call-ups to ensure fire code compliance and trained staff
also. Continuously reviewed and improved work practices and maintenance
procedures. Tracked the work program to ensure that resources were
sufficient to complete the planned work. Reviewed work plans 12, 4 and 2
weeks in advance and made revisions as required. Received specialized
training in Work Management, Preventive Maintenance and Material

Project lead fire code compliance review. Root analysis on inspections,
testing and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems.
Researched and created new procedures and call-ups for work related to the
review. Developed new data bases to track equipment performance.
Interfaced with Operations, Trades staff and contractors to ensure that
all fire code compliance issues were resolved. Initiated several new call-
ups to test and inspect fire detection and suppression systems.

3. Mechanical Maintainer and Welder Pipefitter
Apprenticed at OPG. Trained in welding, pipefitting, fitting,
machining, vibration analysis, relief valves, mechanical seals, etc.
Performed commissioning and maintenance at the Heavy Water Plant on
rotating equipment, heat exchangers, towers, large pumps, HVAC systems and
motors. Extensive experience working with systems containing H2S. Running
maintenance at steam transformer plant and oil fired boilers, structural
steel construction and extensive pipefitting and welding. Commissioned
Darlington Nuclear Power Plant including turbine generator set, fueling
machines, rotating equipment, and custom fabrication of specialty tooling.
Also commissioned and performed running maintenance on the Tritium Removal
Facility and Water Treatment Plant. Preventive maintenance and repair of
overhead cranes. Extensive experience with lock out procedures and work
protection. Facilities maintenance on mechanical systems. Also worked
part time as an auto mechanic and designed built and raced several classes
of stock cars.

4. Reactor Vault Outage Coordinator and Safety Manager
Responsible to review the outage schedule and all reactor vault related
work and work packages to correct any conflicts. Organized and prioritized
maintenance work in the reactor vault. Review and prioritization of the
daily outage plan for work in the vault. Brief all vault entry staff
regarding safety issues and vault radiological conditions. Evacuate the
vault when requested by Shift Manager. Track vault systems and adjust
entry numbers as required. Monitor vault housekeeping and correct all
deficiencies including seismic compliance. Ensure vault access desks
staffed and vault access monitors briefed. Update vault coordinator
procedures and trained new vault coordinators.

5. Union Co-Chair Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Coordinated JHSC meetings. Developed JHS inspection procedures and
set them up as part of our work program to ensure they were scheduled and
completed on time. Assisted in Accident Investigations and Ministry of
Labour Investigations pertaining to work refusals. Implemented methods to
reduce workplace injuries. Investigated near misses and unsafe
environments and recommended solutions to these issues. Attended JHS
training courses, due diligence courses and health and safety and the law.
Investigated and assisted in WSIB claims.

6. Safety Instructor
Developed and taught safety awareness, noise, radiation protection,
WHMIS, Chemical...Mechanical and Electrical Protection, Work Protection,
Confined Space Coordinating, Fall Arrest, Respiratory Protection and fit
testing, First Aid, CPR, work protection, H2S safety, JSA and Forklift
driving to new hires.

7. Fire/Rescue Instructor
Project lead in designing, construction and commissioning the OPG
Wesleyville Fire School. Supervised installation of the fuel propane
system, fire displays, yard layout and equipment storage facilities.
Developed operating and maintenance procedures for the fire yard and
obtained the operating license from the MCCR.

8. Emergency Response Coordinator Darlington Nuclear
Assisted the Shift Superintendant during conventional and radiological
emergencies and acted as the Incident Commander during non radiation
emergencies. Coordinated outside agencies during emergency responses.
Acted as the Safety Resource person on shift by preparing and delivering
safety meetings and CPR training. Prepared and reviewed high risk work
plans. Responsible to train the volunteer Emergency Response Team Members
in first aid, fire fighting, hazmat and rescue. Wrote procedures, reports,
plans, manuals and training modules.

linked to specific qualifications and scheduled for training as required to
