Role: Senior OCM Team Lead Consultant

Responsibilities/Deliverables:
. Led the change management activities for an Asset Management and
Maintenance implementation at Coast Mountain Bus Company, a leading
public sector bus and trolley transportation company headquartered in
Vancouver (a subsidiary of BC TransLink).
. Specific responsibilities included:
o Developing the overall change management and communications
strategy and work plans. A key part of his role was to develop
a change management capability within the company by forming and
leading a network of Change Agents, and by training and
mentoring an internal OCM Prime in change management
methodologies and \'best practices\'.

major international airline maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO)
company headquartered in Montreal.
. Specific responsibilities included:
o Developing the overall change management and communications
strategy and leading a team of 4 OCM consultants to execute the
work plans and tasks. A key part of his role was to develop and
foster a change management capability within the company by
