01/2007- Present. SELF EMPLOYED as Independent Contractor driver for
Medical Transportation with Consolidated Health Transportation, Inc.
08/2007 - 1/23/08. Coin -O- Matic, Inc. Worked as dispatcher in the
morning shift dispatching service techs to job sites where they were needed
in Dade, Broward and West Palm. Took customer complaint calls on the phone
and recorded disposition of the service call after it was completed by the
techs.
4/2006-11/2006: Nexlink/BROADBAND AM. I was the supervisor of 5
dispatchers where we are contracted by Comcast Cable, Co, to do cable
service residential installations for their customers.
2002- 2006 SELF EMPLOYED Handi-Van, Inc. I was the Night
Supervisor/Dispatcher since October 2003, until 2005, at the time I was
supervising over 43 drivers daily and I also prepared the next day work by
routes and kept all records on drivers and on the vehicles.
AMC Transportation Company / 2002 I was hired by AMC to route their work
for the STS program in January and I did their routing until 5-23-2002.






RESUME

Intelitran 1997 - 2001 Scheduling Department Supervisor Miami, Florida,
USA. I began in 1997 as an assistant supervisor and ended up as supervisor
until the department was closed by the company before the company was sold.
As supervisor I was in charge of eight schedulers we scheduled over 4,000
trips daily for Miami-Dade County STS PROGRAM as we were the brokers for
the county. I had to supervise the work but, had to be proficient with
addresses, traffic patterns, time management for the drivers doing the work
and also had to keep my department payroll and cost in check with the
company\'s needs.
American Medical Coach 1992 - 1997 STS Lead Dispatcher and Supervisor
Miami, Florida, USA. At AMC I started as a driver, then I was promoted and
put in charge of the STS dispatch department and in such I had to oversee
the work and vacation schedules of 51 drivers, also maintain payroll for
the department, collect all monies during the day, dispatch and keep a
maintenance log for all vehicles on the STS division. I would also download
through a computer the work from the broker nightly, print and arrange the
runs for the drivers.
Alterman Transport Company 1990 - 1992 Post Auditor and Rate Clerk Miami,
Florida, USA. As a Post Auditor I had to verify all of the freight bills
from my territories and make sure the rates and charges for the customers
had been done correctly, if not I would have to correct the bills and
approve payment for the customers or collect from the customers depending
on the errors done by the billing clerk. As a rate clerk I was in charge of
the NE territory of the US and through the phone I would quote the rates
for the clients throughout all of the US territory prior to them shipping
their merchandise, we were also expected to close the sale for every call.
Also I would dispatch the trucks of the NE territory which were loaded or
unloaded in the Philadelphia warehouse.
Freight Revenue Recovery Systems 1986-1989 I worked as an independent post
auditor of freight bills, the responsibility was to verify amounts charged
to the company\'s clients based on freight tariffs and if not correct to
recover the incorrect charges for the company\'s clients through a claim.
Sunlight Foods Co. 1984-1986 I worked as the production supervisor where I
scheduled all food product production prior to shipping to our clients in
the USA and overseas, I also maintained stock products and warehouse
inventory.
Popeye\'s Fried Chicken 1980-1983 I began as a manager trainee learned all
facets of fast food restaurants from cleaning and cooking to management.
The Miami Herald / Knight-Ridder 1977 - 1980 District Supervisor Miami,
Florida, USA. I started as a relief manager where you would cover each
district in your division when the managers assigned to that district would
be off or on vacation. In this position you are responsible for sales,
collections, delivery and complaints. I was later promoted to my own
district ran sales crews and also ran the telemarketing dept. supervising
phone sales as an extra income and bonus. In the telemarketing dept I had
22 employees working on a rotating schedule doing phone sales from 5:00PM
to 9:00 PM.
