PROJECTS HIGHLIGHTS

▪ Restoration of the historic nunnery in New Orleans.
▪ Managed the construction of the first and only cigar shop in St. Marys GA- hand built the humidor .
▪ Handled the maintenance and repair of 200 apartments on a 6 acre property.
▪ Was solely responsible to handle the weekend emergency maintenance of apartments.

Plumbing
▪ Repair and install kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures encompassing sinks, faucets and drain lines, basins, water closets, tubs and shower bodies and hot and cold risers.
▪ Repaired and replaced gas stoves.
▪ Troubleshoot shut-off values, steam radiators, tub overflows, and clogged pipes.

Electrical
▪ Repair and replace light fixtures, dimmer switches, outlets, ceiling fans and air conditioners.
▪ General working knowledge of running Romex and BX cable for 110 and 220 outlets and fixtures.

Carpentry
▪ Repair and install doors, hinges, locksets, handles and frames.
▪ Install moldings, custom build cabinets, shelving, paneling, framing, dry walling, decking and windows.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
▪ Replacement of glass and Plexiglas, in casement windows.
▪ Painting, plastering, taping and dry wall repair.
▪ General working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance.
▪ Operate power and hand tools; read and interpret blueprints
