Position: Registrar, Department of Revenue

Duties: Assign Medical Record Numbers for new
patients
to the doctor\\\'s offices. Insurance verification via
HDX,
Navinet, Passport, HDXpress and various insurance
companies web sites, and/or phone call to insurance
company. Provide support to the doctor\\\'s offices.
Cold call patients with appointments for registration
prior to office visit, due to HIPPA regulations, we
no longer contact patients.


October 2007: Registration Trainer, responsible for
the training and certification of all personnel
within CCA who will update patient demographic and
insurance Information.

Community: Successfully planned a benefit function for 3 children who lost
their mother just prior to Christmas allegedly by
their father along with 4 other woman. We produced a
beef and beer benefit in March 2008 for 450 attendees
netting a profit in excess of $20,000.

Instituted collection jars in various locations to collect funds
to aid in the day to day functions of the children.

Organized a bucket collection at 2 grocery store locations with the
HS football team to benefit the children.


Participated with the Grid Club to raise monies for the football
team. Involved in the pre-game pasta dinners.
