. Honored as Division Manager of the Year 7 out of 10 years,
outperforming the competition on a regular basis.
. Initiated and expanded a successful rebate program to curb the shift of
customers to the competition.
. Developed a new market segment by promoting the usage of narcotic drug
delivery through portable pumps in the division. This directly
contributed millions of dollars to the company and the program was
adopted in the rest of Canada.
. Managed successful new product launched in the division, "Rythmol",
which became one of the preferred Anti-Arrythmics in a short time span
and was the second largest volume producer for Knoll.
. Successfully headed the pilot group to participate in computerizing the
sales force, where candidates were selected based on adaptability and
versatility of individuals.

Prior to 1984, held positions as General and Specialized Sales
Managed product sales growth for various companies including Searle Canada,
Boehringer Ingelheim Inc, in different regions. Achieved/exceeded sales

. Created awareness and usage of product line in the hospital setting
which in turn affected the usage of products throughout the community.
