area manager.)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Selection for retail out lets independently.
. Preparation of feasibility reports
. Monitoring the HSD and PMG Sales at the retail outlets of the FAISALABAD
and SERGODA divisions
. Involves in sales promotion of AGPL lubricants.
. Involves in the sales of FFO the given territory

Job Description
. To enhance and monitor retail, consumer and high street sales in the
assigned territory, development of retail network, CNG sites, consumer
business and appoint agents for lubricants and SKO.
. Establish wide range of relationship with the dealers, agents Govt.
officials and all stakes holders.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Retail FUEL & LUBES
. Arrange to conduct marketing surveys, sales analysis (pocket wise)
. Selection of good potential dealers at appropriate locations for
installing of retail outlets.
. To ensure given sales volume /targets through retail network.
. To ensure smooth and timely delivery of product to the retail customers.
. To ensure best customer service, house keeping and HSE standards in the
retail network in line with the department of Explosives, OGRA and other
Government rules and regulations.
. To maintain retail outlets standards in all respects viz regular
maintenance and their day by day issues.
. To update, tie-up, renewal of various agreements for retail outlets.
. Follow up for NOCs/ Govt. approvals for the retail outlets.
. Follow up and manage timely outstanding recoveries against credits sales.
. To maintain good relation with the dealers and other concerned staff.
. To conduct training sessions for dealers and retail forecourt staff
. To visit retail outlets twice a month.
CNG BUSINESS
. Ensure timely recoveries of CNG commission as agreed with the dealers
. Ensure compliance of safety standards at CNG stations in line with the
OGRA and HDIP standards.
. Motivate dealers to install CNG at their sites if potential available.
. Appoint 3rd party CNG operators in case dealer is not interested in CNG
investment.
HIGH STREET CHANNEL:
. To appoint potential agents /distributors for SKO and lubricants
business.
. To make sure availability of lubricants at lubricants at most lube shops
in his territory.
. Arrange mechanic and truck adda workshops for transporters to motivate
and encourage and customers to use Admore brand lubricants.
. To build relationship with the transport /fleet owners and encourage them
to start using Admore brand lubricants.
CONSUMER BUSINESS.
. Collection of potential customer data base.
. Identify the competitors offering and services
. To ensure effective customer visits
. Regular follow up and building good relationship with prospects.
GUIDENCE, MOTIVATION AND SUPERVISION:
. To supervise, develop and motivate management trainees in their day to
day task and activities.
. To provide full support to Area manager and management trainees in
achieving their day by day task and targets.
. To provide necessary training to dealer and their staff in retail outlets
operational activities, customer service and selling /marketing tactics.
