I am a very organized, detail orientated individual who enjoys scheduling
and utilizing these and more of the same, similar qualities to provide an
efficient and smooth work place. I have experience with data entry,
answering multi-line phones, 10-key, keeping and filing important records,
working with different computer programs, and excellent customer care
abilities. Proven skills as an effective communicator and problem solver
who thrives on customer satisfaction and posses the drive to surpass goals.

Relevant Experience and Accomplishments

Working with the general public for over 15 years I have strengthened my
communication skills and have worked with a wide variety of people with
individualized personalities.

Data Entry - I have typed records into the computer from either a paper
copy or a computerized copy while using the 10-key pad I can get just over
10,000 k/h.
Computer Programs - I have worked with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works,
Microsoft Publisher, Outlook Express, Microsoft Office Tools, Front Page
2002, HP Director, and Photoshop.
Customer/Client Relations - I have an excellent ability to relate to
clients and to resolve problems while keeping a balance between
business/client. I have succeeded in my sales career by setting my goals to
an attainable level and then to compete with myself to go over and beyond
what I had set them at.
Office Skills - I have been raised with office practices around me all of
my life. My family owned a business and it was ran out of the house so I
learned at a very young age how to answer business phones, multi-line
phones, take effective messages, leave effective messages, to run office
equipment- fax, copier, scanner, typewriter, computer, shredder, check
writing machine, how to do bank deposits, order supplies, type letters and
forms, ect. I am an excellent organizer and I love challenges.
