More than 10 years of experience with KMB Bank (Bank of INTESA SANPAOLO).
As the Head of Treasury and a member of the management board, I have been
intimately involved in all aspects of the bank's operations, including
approval of loans, working with assignment of rights, producing reports
according to criteria of IFI creditors, and new product development. I
have strong managerial skills and experience in supervising large teams,
strategic planning and budgeting, establishing and maintaining
relationships with Russian banks, including analyzing their financial
performance, developing reporting mechanisms and electronic data capturing
tools. I am intimately familiar with the requirements of and have managed
relationships with IFIs. I have an exceptional overview of the Russian
banking sector and the internal operations of banks, whether it be on the
