I graduated with first class honors from McGill University in Political Economics and hold an MBA from the University of Western Ontario Ivey School of Management.

I joined Suncor Ltd. after graduating and worked in the petroleum industry for a year before founding Bizware Computer Systems, a vertical application software company dedicated to the retail petroleum industries, in 1990. Bizware became an industry leader and was successfully sold to a NASDAQ listed company in 1995 after penetrating over 1500 accounts throughout North America.

In 1996, I became a Senior Account Manager with Oracle Corporation and quickly ranked as the number one application sales manager in the corporation within their Canadian offices.

In 2001, I founded The NorthPath Group, providing a ready made and comprehensive inside sales and field sales force to technology companies.

In 2005, NorthPath launched Sales Spider Inc. in order to expand the sales outsourcing concept to reach small, medium and large enterprise clients.
