Executive Assistant - I held primary responsibilities for supporting the Assistant Attorney General Manager for Labor Relations and the many lawyers that worked for him. My duties for the Assistant Attorney General Manager were to keep all letters, meetings, files, appointments and other tasks in order. I was also in charge of the disciplinary cases and arbitrations from beginning to end, then sent them to the General Manager and Board of Directors, which consisted of about 50 people. I completed office work as needed, such as answering the phones, setting up calendars, and keeping all appointments accurately and reminded my boss about them in a timely manner. I processed the weekly timesheets for payroll and distributed all paychecks to the staff in a timely manner.
