I am looking to establish a networking referral group, with each member actively helping the others in the group. I have been involved previously with such groups and they have proven to be very successful -- as long as each person contributes. I am looking for like-minded professionals that are trying to maintain or surpass prior production, even in a down market. I am also looking for persons who might be looking to change careers. I have found the financial services industry to be quite rewarding, both financially and as a profession.
