QUALIFICATIONS
Over 30+ year's extensive experience in Climate Control Technician
Over 7 + years as Facility Engineer/Manager (172,000 sq feet)
Self-motivated, and the ability to work independently or as a team member
to meet operational deadlines.
Climate Control Technicians: Presently working as Climate Control DDC
Control Technician with existing clearance T/S. Duties have been operation,
maintenance and repair of all direct digital control (DDC) systems,
centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, heating boilers, humidifying steam
boilers, heat exchangers, main hot water systems, domestic water storage
tanks, water heaters, air handling / air conditioning units, air filters
and air distribution systems at U. S. Embassy around the world.
With (30+) years experience, of which eight (8) years experience with
direct digital control systems which use pneumatic control panel equipment
and with the concept of Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) as it
pertains to DDC., and twenty-two (22+) years experience in operation,
maintenance and repair of climate control equipments including centrifugal
chillers, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers and
associated equipment.
Facility Engineer/Manager* (172,000 sq feet) Manage the successful day to
day operation of Engineering Department with 172,000 sq feet working area
and 4000+ ton of air conditioning (DX) with a direct digital control (DDC)
system. Coordination of on and off site company functions and managed
emergency breakdowns as needed.
