1. GENERAL MANAGER IN PT. BENGAWAN NUSANTARA, JAKRTA. Manufacture &
Distribution Company for Consumer products i.e : Rocy
Shampo,Freslight,Tripol,Clin Up, Viva Cosmetic, Manful Tooth Brush, Dorco
Gillete, Whasing Soap B.29 & Zhuka Fruit since January 2007 up to now,
with the responsibilities :


- Planning, controlling and developing sales operations of Distributors in
the region
- Ensure sales and operating budgets are met by manage and build a team to
meet business goals.
- Develop strong local distributor relationships to achieve targeted growth
and profit margin.
- Overseeing all functions such as Sales and Distribution coordinating with
Finance, Production and Human Resource.
- Provide leadership and guidance to inspire the team for safe work
environment.
- Reporting directly to the Board of Director to responsible for sales
management of the business in accordance with the company vision,
objectives and goals.

2. GENERAL MANAGER in PT.AKA PRIMA GROUP, MEDAN & JAKARTA Manufacture of
Mineral Water (Brand : Amas & Amas Fruit). Instant Noodle Factory (Brand
: Arjuna Mie & Afdhalun Mie), Distribution Consumer Goods (Coca Cola,
Danone Biscuits, Anlene Milks, Crima Milk, Amas Min Water & Amas Fruit, ,
Authorized Dealer Telkomsel ( Card Voucher & Electronic Pulse ),Crude
Palm Oil / CPO Factory, Crude Palm Plantation, Plastic Cup Mineral Water
Factory and Transportation/Trucking since February 2003 up to Dec. 2006,
with the following key responsibilities:

the region

i.e.: Anker, Stout, San Miguel, Carlsberg and Shanta Shandy (consumer
drink product) in Jan.2001 - Jan. 2003,
with the following responsibilities :


- Managed the sales department, to develop dynamic strategic, long term and
annual plans for growing market share and achieving financial goals
coordinate with Region & Distribution net work available in respective
areas.
- Managing and executing the whole sales processes from developing sales
plan, market expansion, capacity optimization up to working closely with
delivery and technical teams to ensure the processes are completed on
time and with cost effective
- Formulating & implementing best practice terms of Sales and Marketing
strategy to finally contribute to financial success of the company
through market/operation growth.
- Establish and develop wide distribution channels all over Indonesia as
well as company owned sales outlets.
- Managed Field Forces/Sales Forces whilst developing and implementing the
annual sales operational plans and budgets to achieve Quality Sales
Volume within the overall corporate strategy.
- Responsible for motivating, training, developing and deploying all sales
force to provide first class and service, and to lease with external
business partners to build a harmonious working relationship with
customers.
- Managed national sales turn over Rp.600 billion/year, growth 17% in year
2000 Versus previous year and direct subordinate i.e.: 5 Regional
Manager, 1 Key Account Manager, 1 Sales & Distribution Manager, 1
Physical Distribution Manager, 21 Area Manager, 55 Supervisor & 44 Sales
Support are placed in the fields to monitor sales performance.



3. GENERAL MANAGER in PT. Pangansari Utama Food Industries, Jakarta:
Processing, Distribution & Catering Service Company which produce Frozen
Food & Dry Products, since January 1998 up to January 2001, with the
following responsibilities:

- Responsible for general management: Processing/Manufacturing, Sales,
Marketing, Finance/Administration and Human Recourses Development.
- Develop overall business opportunities and anticipate the effects of
decisions on the company's performance, and manage growing team and
ensure that yearly targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement business strategies and plans for strong local
customer/strategic relationships, and monitor production and distribution
aspects of the operations.
- Ensure Sales/Marketing and operating budgets are met to achieve targeted
growth and profitability, in all Branches, Catering Project and in
customers' level.
- Create a captive market, proposal strategic, market implementation and
market projection report to gain new market share for company's profit
margin performance.
- Manage 15 Branches nation wide to distribute products to the
markets/outlets and serve 45000 people for catering three times a day
which the places are mostly in Mining Projects Area, with the total sales
turn over Rp. 480 billion/year and 20% sales growth compared to the
previous year after optimized function of Branches performance in year
1999.

4. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER in PT.Ultramos Jaya, Jakarta as a National
Distributor of products: PT.Bayer Indonesia (Consumer & Medical Care),
PT. Beiersdorf Indonesia (Skin & Medical Care) and PT.Wella Indonesia
(Beauty Hair Care) since September 1993-January 1998,with the following
performance :
- Performed average sales growth 15 %/year since 1993-1998, and the lattes
national sales turn over Rp.840 billion/year done by: 63 persons Field
Force who placed in the area, and work together with 1959 Sales Forces
from 99 Regional Distributor/Sub-distributor in all region.
- Covered almost 120000 outlets various category nation wide, consist of:
Retail, Wholesaler, Supermarket/Hypermarket, Key Account, Institutional,
Industrial and End User segment.
- Familiarity with structure, nature, capability and limitation of Regional
Distributor/Sub-distributor and important Agents in the territory/area
nation wide, and proven track record to establish and maintain a strong
local distribution network by introducing creative and effective
strategies to maximize sales & distribution performances.

Distribution of Mineral Water Product in July 1991 - July 1993.
