I am a highly accomplished operations director and problem solver with 25
years of leadership within the military, corporate and SMEs, and 15 years
directing my own consultancies.

I have a track record of driving projects and programmes to completion,
leaving behind a leadership culture where the organisation has a better
understanding of itself, the marketplace and how to challenge poor
processes and decision making.

I am particularly effective when there are lots of decisions to be made and
where tight time scales and/or budgets are concerned. I specialise in
precision engineering, manufacturing, electrics and electronics.
