Job Responsibilities:-

. Transport Arrangement for Tradesmen & Staff for all the
6 Sites
. Visit Visa and Employment Visa & Tickets arrangements
from Travel Agencies for our Employees
. Employment Visa arrangement from Parent Company for our
Employees
. Vehicles Arrangements for all the Site works.
. Camp / Accommodation Arrangements for Staff and Labours
as well.
. Petty Cash Handling for reimbursements.
. Arrangements of Hotel / Apartments for Senior Employees.
. Time Sheet preparation of more than 100 staff personnel.
. Checking the time sheets of Tradesmen prepared by Time
Keepers
. Handling the Correspondence independently.

Dubaib and Sulaim Company (DSCO) is 100% Saudi Owned
Company engage in Telecommunication systems, Operation and Maintenance
of electrical, Mechanical and Electronics System. DSCO Specializes
in the Design, engineering and implementation of telecom and
electrical systems. Since 1977 DSCO has completed more than 300
Contracts / projects. DSCO has provided Telecom, electrical and
infrastructure for Saudi Aramco, SCECO, SABIC, Royal commission and
STC.DSCO currently employs over 700 personnel of many nationalities
and trades. Head office in Al-khobar and other branches located in
Jeddah, Riyadh and Qassim.

Job Functionality:-

Assisted in the general administration of employee personnel
services, re-contracting policies, procedures and personnel
processing.

Assisted actively in the developments of
systems and procedures specifically on administrative and re
contracting matters, Devised new forms as required reviewed
and or modified existing forms to suit particular
requirements, identified problems in the course of
implementing system/procedures and recommended solutions or
alternatives as required.

. Reviewed and recommended action to resolve complaint or
grievances of employees regarding transfer, promotion
etc.
. Kept and maintained files and records pertinent to each
employee service functions.
. Conducted interviews with employees who decline offer to
determine the cause of their decision to leave and keep
the Management informed, the cause of employee turnover.
. Processing leave requests of employees after
ascertaining their eligibility and obtaining approval
from the concerned Departments/Projects. Make a travel
and visa arrangements.
. As a Travel consultant, make reservations and arrange
Air Tickets from various Travel Agencies for
multinational employees like American, British,
Filipino, Indian, Pankistan, Srilanka, Nepal,
Bangladesh, etc.
. composed and typed correspondence and memos, maintained
office records and correspondence, composed and drafted
E-mails/Telex/Fax messages, etc.,
. Prepare monthly time sheets on the basis of the Daily
Crew reports approved by the concerned Manager and
submitted in time for payroll preparation.
. Prepare weekly/monthly statements on personnel movements
as required by Saudi Aramco and various departments.
. Maintaining roster files on computer for each employee
with updated for each employee with updated information
on the expiry date of their contract, Residency card
(Iqama) Passports, Identification cards, Saudi Aramco
ID, Driving License, etc. and take action for their
renewal.
. Review Bio-data candidates submitted by recruiting
agencies and required for the position offered.
. Accumulated and arranged information for various report
preparation.
. Monitored the work of the maintenance crew and to assign
their duties as and when their requirement arises. To
solve their problems and make arrangements for the
required materials for smooth performance of the tasks
within the limits of the Company policy.
. Monitored/assigned duties for a group of drivers for
running errands as per the requirements of various
departs/Projects and to arrange for transportation
facility to the Management and Staff.
. Correspondence in Arabic with various Government
Departments such as Immigration, Traffic, Labor, Police,
Chamber of Commerce & etc., and Saudi Embassies in
abroad.
. Preparation of Arabic agreements for Arab employees.
. Translation of Telephone invoices from Arabic to
English.
. Arranging Camp facilities for multi national employees.
. Visa planning as per required Manpower.
. Taking care of all activities in Human Resources
department.
. Preparation of visa documentation such as Power of
Attorney (with Arabic & English typing together) to
various Saudi Embassies in abroad etc.
Preparation and submit papers with Saudi Insurance
offices
