1. Technically trained with sound fundamentals in Mechanical Engineering
since 1979. Continuous self-improvement efforts through the years with
continuous education in computer technology and engineering management
tools to achieve vertical skill integration.

2. Over 20 years of diversified industrial working experience ranging from
plant facilities engineering; thermoplastics/thermoset plastics/dual-
laminates applications in
automotive, food, chemical, air-handling/pollution control, mining,
construction to
energy management industries. Automotive HSLA component stamping and
seat system assembly experienced in addition to custom design and
fabrication knowledge with plastics.

3. Hired in year 2000 as expatriate officer (Operation Manager-2 year term)
from Canada to start building the Automotive subsidiary with a team of 4-
6 persons from about US$0.4 million to about 200 persons and 15.0
millions in early 2003. Localized and promoted to Assistant Director of
Program Manufacturing and deployed as global manager to oversee USA
subsidiary operation during 2003 - 2005. Successfully turned USA
subsidiary operation from red to black and profitable bottom line and
was promoted to Director of Operations & Program Management after
repatriation back to China operation starting in 2006 to expand the
scope of business via potential JVs and instilling engineering core
competency of the business.

4. Culturally integrated and fluent in Western practices, management
processes and belief with over 25 years of active Canadian residence and
background. Strong relationships are still maintained with High School
and College Alumni who are at executive capacities in both Hong Kong and
Shanghai areas as well as being a fast network builder in new
environment
