required development and implementation of all elements required to
introduce a Junior A Hockey to a new marketplace. This was a
completely new franchise city, arena, sponsorship base, and season's
ticket holder market.
. Source, develop, and maintain profitable and long-lasting corporate

. Create and produce team advertising through newspaper, radio,
television and the internet
. Organize and managed all fundraising events, including dances,
barbeques and dinners
. Organize game-day activities, including ticket sales, music and
entertainment, announcements, volunteers and on-ice contests.
. Arrange sponsorship sales and co-ordinate in-ice logos, rink boards,
wall boards and programs
. Orchestrated, designed and had installed in- the- ice advertising as
seen in the NHL prior to July 1st of each year.
. Organized and implemented company Golf Tournament each year
. Coordinated, Choreographed, planned Doug Orr day (Father of Bobby Orr)

Salvation Army, Big Brothers and Sisters, and other.

. Team video for use in recruiting, sponsorship, and general marketing
. Introduced new radio program twice a week called "Bruins Buzz" on
Monday's and "Behind the Bench" on Friday mornings. The shows were 5
minutes in duration and were sponsored.
