of increasing sales, reducing marketing cost, minimizing customer and
contractor complaints and maintaining a sales force.
Proven Record: I am skilled in all areas of management. Including
developing good lead flow, recruiting and maintaining strong sales teams,
streamlining scheduling for contractors, reducing customer complaints
through proactive methods and maintaining or exceeding profit margins.
Selected Achievements & Skills
Orchestrated turnaround of roofing company from $250 to $750 thousand.
Recruited to serve as general sales manager for American Roof Systems, Inc.
(1998-2002 and 2003-present). I increased the sales by 300% the second year
of operation. This was done through implementing a strong canvassing team
and recruiting a dynamic sales force.
Increased productivity by minimizing customer complaints. I served as
senior project manager for Home Depot Installed Products (2002-2003). I
implemented new strategies for dealing with contractor/customer relations.
By reducing the amount of time a contractor spent handling customer
complaints I increased their productivity in the field, this increased
their number of jobs closed per month.
