Famous, ADP, QuickBooks, and Ceridian Payroll systems for 17 years.
Collected, calculate, audit, and processed time for all payroll cycle with
and without direct deposit. Handled all Garnishments. Payroll sizes varied
from $10,000.00 to over $2,000,000.00 per -cycle. Handled all distribution
of payroll. Monthly bank reconciliation. Audit reporting. Completed all

to Q.A. Manager. Workers' Compensation Administrator: Investigated and
executed all phases of reporting Workers' Compensation claims with follow-

support to all departments.

all phases of Accounting; A/P, A/R, and Payroll, including collections.
Assemble and execute all Pre Liens paperwork including filing. Assume all
customer and vendor's calls. Scheduling of service calls. Construction -
Administer all PO's, labor releases, RFI's, obtain all permits / scheduling
of inspections and invoicing of all customers. Work with Project Managers,
Owners, Architects, Government Agencies, Subcontractors and others involved
in the completion of construction assigned projects. Completed and obtained
all required licensing from City, State, and Contracting Board as needed.
