providing office supplies to three military bases. Responsibilities
include, but not limited to, ordering, receiving, sales, sales analysis,

and finance to resolve Billed Not Received (BNR) and Received Not Billed

Initiated tracer action on the lead Transportation Control Number (TCN)
that were not received by Supply. Monitored Wing/Base War Reserve Materiel
(WRM) reports. Responsible for accurate update of War Readiness Spares Kits
(WRSK) records to reflect withdrawals, replenishments, inventory adjustment
actions and document control procedures. Interpreted and accomplished WRSK
authorization changes in accordance with higher headquarters authorization
list and messages. Monitored the reject and delinquent document programs
for the WRSK section. Responsible for all supply transactions in a mobile
radar squadron to ensure worldwide deployment capability. Ensured all
supply operations of the materiel control section were run in an effective

of 3000 items to sustain equipment operation in a wartime environment.
Provided corrosion control to assigned tactical vehicles. Maintained
qualifications to both deploy and survive worldwide in conventional,
chemical, biological, and nuclear warfare environments. Monitored the
supply point, Due-in from Maintenance (DIFM), self-inspection, safety and
critical item programs. Provided supply support for 1200 bench stock parts
for the maintenance complex. Responsible for the effective management and
scheduling of all Cadet Aviation, Survival, Basic, and Recognition program
equipment issues and turn-ins (valued at over $1 million). Coordinated
issue and turn-in schedule with 26 separate military training program

the graduating class out-processing equipment turn-in function. Managed

customers. Responsible for the maintenance of document and report files to
support accountability assigned to the Chief of Supply. Maintained a
suspense file for all processed documents, letters of authorization for
customers to receive property, weapon control files, and record alteration
(FIX) output documentation. Performed quality control checks, initiated
reverse post action when errors were involved, managed the delinquent
document program. Primary point of contact for customer inquiries, price
discrepancies, and records complaints and problems. Managed all
requisitioning actions for the entire base populace. Analyzed MICAP cause
codes and ensured stockage of mission essential parts. Prepared messages
requesting supply assistance and improved status. Communicated directly
with higher headquarters and item managers concerning status of priority
and routine requisitions. Effectively managed supply programs such as
requisition exception codes, bench stock, due-in cancellations, and
monitoring of priority requisitions. Monitored all outgoing Reports of
Discrepancy (RODs). Maintained the Military Standard Transportation and
Movement Procedures (MILSTAMP) Reconciliation Listing and the
Transportation Action Required (TAR) inputs. Reviewed exception data to
ensure requisitions are processed within the required time frames.
Initiated action to upgrade/downgrade requisitions and due-outs to the
appropriate priorities. Received, researched and processed lateral support
requests. Developed and implemented policies and procedures pertaining to
management of Flight Service Center repair cycle program. Responsible for
identification, coordination, and advised squadron commanders on all
matters concerning Reparable Support Division (RSD) assets to support over
90 aircraft. Provided for physical movement, accountability, and control of
all repair cycle assets issued to or repaired within 5 combat-oriented
supply organizations and maintenance complexes. Ensured all property was
transported to applicable warehouse, Transportation Management Office, and
Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office. Monitored and updated Repair
Cycle Asset Management Listings daily. Provided required information to
higher headquarters in accordance with applicable directives. Ensured
effective and efficient operation of the Stock Control Section. Responsible
for management and functional operation of Requirements and Requisition
Units. Ensured proper management and accountability of stock and
requisitions to sources of supply. Ensured messages and letters regarding
requisitions were accurate and maintained a suspense system to ensure
timely replies. Conducted data analysis of excess items in the supply
system and ensured appropriate action to eliminate excess of general supply
assets. Monitored Problem Item List and Cause Code Program. Monitored all
actions taken on reject, cancellation, priority due-out, and transportation
tracer listings. Managed manning and training of the Resource Augmentee
Duty (READY) Program for the logistics group (LG). Ensured adequate manning
of the cargo deployment function (CDF), deployment vehicle operation, and
deployment control center (DCC) for phase I exercises and real-world
deployments. Tracked auxiliary training requirements for all LG READY
personnel. Reviewed and provided inputs for all wing level plans as a
member of the plans integration group. Provided managerial control of three
fuel tank build up (TBU) units, ensuring unit and LG staff personnel were
ready to deploy. Served as battle staff coordinator for LG during phase II
exercises and as the LG representative in the DCC during phase I exercises
and real-world deployments. Served for two years as the Government Purchase
Card holder for the Logistics Support Squardron. Supervised twenty-three
military and five civilian personnel.
