. Successfully developed and managed a regional (12 states) field sales and

protective equipment and supplies to pharmaceutical, medical, hospitals
and industrial companies through local, regional and national
distribution network.

. Led all Regional Business Directors (5) in sales production for five (5)
consecutive years

. Operated an expense budget of less than $500,000 and generated Sales and
Revenue of $11-$12 million annually.

. Cultivated key national end-user accounts: Eli Lilly and Company,
Monsanto, Marion-Merrill Dow (acquired by Sanofi-Aventis), Dow Chemicals,
Chrysler Motors, Ford Motor, General Motors, Waste Management, Upjohn
Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Pfizer), Caterpillar, Bristol-Myers Squibb
and John Deere; each generated a minimum of $500,000 in annual revenue.



. Developed an outside/inside sales and support team to support the
distribution network, which led in total sales. Led all Regional Sales
Managers with record sales, representing 27-30% of the overall company
production (5 regions).

Product Development / Sales & Marketing

. Developed a niche market in the Medical & Industrial market to protect
workers and patients from infectious diseases, which resulted in
nationally ranking as a leading authorized distributor of medical, first
aid, and safety products.

. Became the number one distributor for Uvex Safety (Bacou-Dalloz, LLC)
within less than two years, marketed products to hospitals; long-term
care facilities; VA Medical Centers and industrial end-users.

. Led the company in sales 4 out of 6 years; exceeded sales quotas 5 out of
6 years as a Sales Representative for Racal Health Safety (acquired by 3M
Corporation).

Relationship / Project Management

. Provided consultative business banking financial solutions to business
owners and essential decision-makers, which generated between $3-$20
million in annual sales revenue.

. Performed duties of Business Development Officer and Relationship Manager
for assigned, secured and prospective clients.

. Managed a portfolio of 78 clients with $22 million in loans and lines of
credit; $103 million in average collected deposits; 256 deposit and 110
loan accounts. Increased revenues by 23% in a down economy.

. Marketed business development information and solutions to business
owners and essential decision-makers (member and non-member companies
within Kentucky and Indiana) in an effort to grow their businesses.

. Facilitated new and existing businesses in securing funding sources via
tax incentives, traditional and non-traditional financing, industrial
revenue bonds for expansion, retention and business attraction projects
and work force development solutions.

. Facilitated the expansion of High Speed Access Corporation (currently
Charter Communications) $22 million investment, $9 million tax credits
and 500 new jobs; Tube Turns Technologies (currently Sypris Technologies)
$30 million investment, $5.3 million tax credits and 180 new jobs;
Patrion, Inc. (currently Health Essencials), $19 million investment, $9.1
million tax credits and 290 new jobs.
