Coronado Condominium, Aventura, FL, (10 million dollar building restoration
project) March 2008-
760 unit community with a large balcony and expansion joint restoration
project in process.
> Staff of 25 including security vendors
> Oversee contractors and conduct weekly Construction meetings
> Coordinate construction, maintaining quality control and security
within owners apartments
> Reorganization of all procedures of the condominium and business
procedures to bring the Association into compliance with Florida
Statute, as well as reorganizing the entire filing system

Developer turnover of a 506 residential and 26 commercial-unit luxury
building on the Bay, which is part of a larger Project that includes a
marina. Turnover to owners completed.

> Coordinating and Hiring of an out side accounting firm and collections
agency to bring $500 k in receivables under control.

Developer turnover of a 423-unit luxury building on the Bay, which is part
of a larger Master Association, that is still under developer control.

acquisitions. Produced projections based on land use and feasibility
studies.
