for automotive application, military, and commercial. Texmac also carries
a line of front/back end equipment for the manufacturing for the thin film
solar industries.
Business Development April 1 '98 - Oct. 31 2007
US Uni Electronics Corporation Santa Ana CA {Distributor for IC Products,
Robot Capital Equipment for PCB Lines for Automotive and Electronic
industries} Develop US, Mexico, and South East Asia distribution channel
and corporate accounts for ROBOT soldering equipment.

Asian Business Development Manager (January _95 _ December _97)
Metcal Inc. Menlo Park California {Manufactures of rework tools for PCB
lines, BGA, Fume Extractors, and High End Soldering tools.} As Asian
Regional Sales Manager, I had direct responsibility for all aspects of
Metcal's Asian marketing, sales, and business development strategies
including, distribution training, implementing trade shows, product service
positioning, and developed channel marketing programs. Oversaw 50% growth
in sales in the first six months subsequently achieving three-fold growth
in its first year.

US DIVISION PRESIDENT (October _90 _ October _93) Dynaware USA, Inc. Foster
City California {Software Developers 3D Animation, Multimedia, and
Commercial Applications} As President, I had primary P&L responsibility for
developing and running all aspects of the business. I directed a staff of
45 people with revenues of $3M. As a turn around project, Dynaware was in a
midst of 6 continuous quarters of red ink. Reversed the trend in 6 months
and reduced debt by 90%. Developed new software to meet continued growth
demands in media.

DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL SALES (January _84 _ October_90) Seponix Inc. San
Jose California {IC Design House, Capital Equipment Wafer Processing, and
Wafer Materials} This was a start-up joint venture with NPC (Seiko) and
MSETEK Japan. Revenues of $2.5M in its first year with annual growth of 20%
~ 45%. With responsibility for wafer process and raw materials, I managed
direct sales and responsible for sales distribution.
