(MIATOOL)' in MATLAB (OOP).
. Developed an Intensity Profiler that displays the intensity variations of
an image along X-Y axis at cursor position.
. Designed an Object Manager tool that enables biologists to study the
movements of objects inside a cell.
. Implemented 3D Connectivity process on the set of microscopy images. This
is used to indicate the presence of intra-cellular objects in different
image frames.
. Developed GUI for the above features using Handle Graphics to enable data
sharing among different callbacks.

. Performed testing using Automated Test Cases in TestQuest for real-time
embedded devices running on WinCE.

Simplified IEEE 802.11a/g OFDM simulation (MATLAB)
Spring 2008
. Simulated an OFDM system under AWGN and multipath channel models using
QPSK signals.
. Compared the receiver performance under both the channels using BER and
Average BER respectively as the metric.
Ground Penetrating Radar & wireless link for earthquake search & rescue
operation (AWR) Spring 2008
. Designed the architecture of a GPR that detects the presence of trapped
bodies based on its dielectric property.
. Designed a wireless link to communicate with remotely present rescue team
using the ISM band of 902-928 MHz.
. Performed quantitative analysis of key RF blocks such as LNA, mixer,
amplifier, filter and antenna.
Design, fabrication and measurements of microwave components (AWR and

. LC resonator, Direction coupler, Wilkinson power divider, microwave
