market share growth. Also responsible for providing consultation on various

satisfaction, business controls, security and corporate audit guidelines.
Also salary administration and HRIS. Also initiated and implemented
significant programs and processes to assist in contract adherence. Served
as the interface between Spherion and IBM on all issues related to
productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction issues. Supervised
and engaged in project management activity.
