This is a Networking or brain share group that meets every week. We discuss local business relationships and have a companies present to the group every week. This allows the group a better or deeper understanding of each members company and that member. It also helps everyone understand what type of benefit each member could bring a potential customer. We also discuss how we can better network within the group to develop more business for everyone. This has proven to provide quality relationships and generate some great business relationships.

Business Development Manager Fastrack Division at Big-D
November 2009 July 16, 2010
Developed key executive level relationships with business owners, Architects and Commercial Real-estate Agents to increase the awareness of our division and to generate business. Fastrack is a division of Big-D focusing on projects up to $5million is size. We use a completely different group of sub-contractors with the focus on being able to complete project in a quick and professional turn around.
Worked towards a goal of $40million for our team, hitting just over $20million in the first four months of the year.
Responsible for developing the relationship and staying the point man on each project.
Developed events on a monthly basis to connect various organizations together including Golf Connects and other events hosted by Big-D, but keeping costs to our budget at a minimum.
Worked closely with banks and other funding sources.

IVR Software sales position. This was a Senior Inside Sales position where I covered 12 states and worked on a daily basis with my team including two outside Sales Reps and a Sales Engineer. I was able to generate sales above quota and manage my team to all be above monthly and quarterly goals.
Lead team in pipeline development with over $1.3 million in less than three months.
Worked with Cxx level fortune 500 contacts to uncover new business opportunities within companies for speech recognition projects.
