Leadership Lead and coordinated strategies for reaching goals on fast track teams of up to 10 participants. Served as leader of a four member teaching team. Assisted in organizing a Georgia Tech information session and campus tour for approximately 200 Atlanta Public School students by communicating with counselors at ten schools. As a teacher, fostered ongoing communication with parents by developing biweekly reports which included work samples for up to 29 middle grade students. Advised and assisted in resolving academic and social issues. Served and held offices on the Math, International Week, Science Fair, Discipline, and Honor's Day committees.

Organizing Assisted in balancing financial records for the President's Scholarship Program,a $1.8 million program, and Connect with Tech, a $30,000 program. Developed class schedules. Designed numerous creative bulletin boards, displays and other projects. Planned and implemented a school wide mousetrap car, essay, and poster contest which involved coordinating approximately 40 students and 15 faculty and staff members. Organized and supervised field trips including as many as 120 students and 15 chaperones to local and out-of-town destinations.
