I am a 49 year old woman living with arthritis,
a loner but never lonely,
a poet and a philosopher,
interested in history (focus on Canadian in WWII),
a run-away at 13, did all kinds of jobs mostly for room and board:
-canning Maple syrup
-cooking for 5 working-men on a farm
-grooming and training harness horses
-live-in babysitter for kids
and my only paying jobs
-bartender/waitress in bars
I went back to school to finish High School at 31, graduated from college at 36;
I moved to the West Coast in 1994, after escaping a stalker and suffering from a major depression, which was never helped by the shortage of money.
After getting out of the depression with some support, I returned to school, this time taking a Web-Media program that was a bit too advanced for my knowledge, so I did not get their certificate, which was disappointing but not the end of my life on a computer as you can see.
