Andrew Jones is one of the most respected personal trainers in Ontario and co-founder of Pure FX Fitness Studios. He has trained hundreds of clients throughout his personal training career and successfully helped people achieve goals they never thought possible.

With over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer, Andrew has a true passion for helping people get fit. He has also trained elite athletes to achieve their full potential and helped many others with just about every other personal fitness goal imaginable.

His formal education which includes the study of human and functional anatomy, exercise physiology & biomechanics coupled with a lifetime of competitive sports allows him to provide sports specific training, Sport Conditioning, detailed body composition and fitness testing, weight loss and body sculpting, strength training, and muscle building programs and various indoor and outdoor group fitness classes. He also has gained extensive coaching experience in a wide variety of sports like Football, Soccer, Hockey, Baseball, Basketball, Boxing & Kickboxing etc.
