Martha Fletcher, BA, Author and Wellness & Stress Recovery Coach

Martha graduated summa cum laude from Hunter College, City University of New York, with a BA in Psychology and Sociology. She is a certified Coach from New York University Coaching Certification Program. She has worked at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York City as a facilitator for SMART Recovery, a cognitive behavioral therapy program for addiction. Martha’s academic studies in neuroscience, health psychology, emotional intelligence, and social psychology have inspired a unique approach to her coaching practicum.
