Tamzin Rosenwasser, M.D., is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Rosenwasser began her academic career by receiving a scholarship to study at New College of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She studied medicine at Washington University in St. Louis and graduated in the top 15% of her class. Dr. Tamzin Rosenwasser was awarded the Irwin Levy Prize in Neurology and Neurological Surgery for the best performance in a neurology clerkship and the James Henry Yalem Prize in Dermatology for outstanding work in that specialty. Following graduation, she completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and Dermatology at Barnes Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine. Upon completion of her residency, she spent one year at Barnes as a Gastrointestinal Fellow.

Drawn to research and academia, Dr. Tamzin Rosenwasser completed subsequent postdoctoral fellowships from the American Heart Association and the American Gastroenterology Association and served as an instructor at the Washington University School of Medicine. Experienced in molecular biology and recombinant DNA research, she concurrently completed a five-year research fellowship for the Department of Biological Chemistry on the subject of lipoprotein structure and cellular signal proteins.

Dr. Tamzin Rosenwasser has contributed to scholarly works, such as Dermatology in General Medicine, and has authored many articles and editorials in medical journals and other publications. Dr. Rosenwasser is in demand as a guest speaker and expert after having appeared on several radio programs and is currently completing a book.
