Auditing Accomplishments:
• Conducted Quality and Environmental process audits of companies in the pulp, paper, tissue, electronic manufacturer, defense, electronic systems integration, food processing, engineering, diving, packaging, steel manufacture, distribution, machining, metal fabrication, hydraulic, non destructive testing, inspection and test, building construction business sectors.

Consulting Accomplishments:
• Wrote ISO 9001:2000 Quality / Environmental Management System manuals, Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans resulting in successful registration to ISO 9001 and acceptance by customers in the Pulp and Paper, Diving, engineering, construction, and electronic manufacture business sectors.
• Completely revised and updated an engineering firms Quality Management System to make it more use friendly and to have it communicate more in less words. The revised system contained one-third the written material of the original Quality System improved coverage while fully maintaining its integrity. An independent third party Registrar who passed it at first review with very positive comments reviewed the Documentation.
• Provided low-cost, high-value consultation, training, and audit services to a major forestry company leading to the registration of its multi-site operations to ISO 14001
• Consulted with and trained management in many industries and service sectors within New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Ottawa leading to their registration to ISO 9000 standards.

Training Accomplishments:
• Presented information and training to provincial government Property Assessors, Quality Month activities sponsored by the NB Government, UNB, NBCC, etc.
• Trained thousands of persons in quality management and hundreds in environmental management
• Trained auditors in many prominent Maritime companies
• Designed, developed, and presented courses in Quality and Environmental Management and Problem solving.

Marketing Accomplishments:
• Developed comprehensive high-quality brochures & pamphlets to identify services and qualifications of the company, which clearly identified the company competencies.
