Loft404 is an eclectic urban oasis, perfect for your next event.

Loft404 features 3 stunning, unique \'Wings\' - totaling over 4,000 Sq.\' Both the North Wing (1,500 Sq.\') and South Wing (1,300 Sq.\') are L-shaped in layout, and can be used separately or together via a private internal connecting door. Our new West Wing (900 Sq.\' with freight elevator access) is an open-concept space also used either separately or together with the adjoining South Wing.

Each of our Wings can comfortably accommodate 50-70 people (45-60 seated) depending on the nature and details of the gathering.
