As a member of the executive team, I am responsible for leading the business development, sales, and client management teams with a key focus to grow the organization by identifying opportunities for deeper market penetration across three business lines (Public Partnerships, Insurance Channel and Corporate Services).

Accountable for overall top-line revenue growth and play a critical role in building relationships and alliances with key stakeholders within the public (all government levels) and private sectors, various associations and constituencies to identify revenue growth, funding opportunities and market expansion. Responsible for providing ongoing development to the sales teams, including the accountability for strategic planning and execution of sales, delivery, and client fulfillment initiatives.
