I like my coffee fresh grind it myself if possible. According to some I make it strong. I want cream, not 1%; I use sugar, but my doctor says I should to keep it to a minimum. And don\'t take away the caffeine. That\'s real coffee.

After more than 20 years of marketing experience, for me, it\'s about telling a real, good story. Having great products and positive customer relations make the story real. Then I can tell a good story and find the media and places to tell it.

Person to person communication is said to be more than 70% body language. In telling a story what you leave out is often as communicative as what you leave in. What you say, what you don\'t say, how you say it, which medium you choose, where you say and, even, why you say it all are part of the marketing story for a product, person or concept (sorry, I just couldn\'t come up with another \"p\" word).

Sounds complicated, doesn\'t it? It can be. But that\'s for people who like to throw around the marketing buzzwords, work with large budgets and do lunch on your bill.

However, keeping it real simplifies things. And it means that there\'s usually away to do it that meets everyone\'s budget.
