Operations & Sales Manager
I am In charge of running the day to operations of a Safe & Vault
distribution company. I am in charge of all divisions which include Sales &
Marketing, Purchasing, Distribution/Warehousing and Logistics. My primary
role is to increase overall sales while finding the best quality products
at the best prices. I focus a lot of my attention on building our dealer
network while at the same time securing new corporate accounts. We pride
ourselves on customer satisfaction, if our customers are happy they always
come back.

Key Accomplishments
. I have been with the company since its conception seven years ago in
which time I have built a large National dealership as well as secured
many large corporate accounts.
. I secured business relations with Manufacturers/Suppliers in North
America, China, Korea, South Africa and South America
. I developed our entire product line and continue to grow it.

INKAS SAFE MANUFACTURING 2001 - 2004
General & Sales Manager
I managed the daily operations of a Safe & Vault Manufacturing company
which was a division of a larger Security Firm. I was head of manufacturing
& production, purchasing, logistics and sales & marketing divisions. I
developed new company policies and strategies to take the company from near
failure to success in just 3 years. I handled all negotiations with our
suppliers and carriers. Developed all our sales and marketing strategies
and built a sales team that was not only productive but whom enjoyed coming
to work each day. Implemented new safety procedures and improved work
conditions for the staff.

Key Accomplishments
. I took the division from $15K/mth in sales revenue to over $150K/mth in
just 3 years.
. I increased our dealer network by over 80% and expanded into the USA
. I increased production by over 40% while cutting costs by over 20%
. I developed such a good foundation that the company was able to continue
its growth for 3 years after I left. This is one of the achievements I\'m
most proud of.

All CANADIAN ATM SERVICES LTD. 1999 - 2001
Sales Manager
With All Canadian my role was to handle all business relations between our
company the Banks and the Switch companies such as Interact. I was
responsible for implementing all company policies in-line with those of
governmental and bank regulations. I was also in charge of learning and
then training all our service technicians in the maintenance of the ATM
machines we purchased and sold. I was responsible for all monthly
transaction reports that went to both the company President and our
clients. This was a very customer oriented role as I was dealing face to
face with clients and regulatory bodies on a day to day basis.

Key Accomplishments
. I Designed and Implemented all the Companies policies and procedures
which in turn increased over sales by 50%.



NEWSTAR TECHNOLOGIES 1998 - 1999
Systems/Business Analyst
My role was the further development and maintenance of custom software that
was used by over 3000 companies across North America. We developed software
for property management, accounting and leasing companies.

. I Designed and Implemented a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for our
existing character based property management software.
