At Career Care Institute, students learn from medical industry professionals at a school
that continually seeks feedback from the local medical community about which skills are in
demand. Currently offering four educational tracks at three different campuses in the
greater Los Angeles metro area, the Institute offers certification in Vocational Nursing, as
well as training for careers as a Medical Assistant, Dental Assistant, and Limited X-ray
Technician.
The main campus of Career Care Institute is located in Lancaster, California, which also
houses the schools administrative center. Equipped with the latest in medical technology,
the classrooms offer students hand-on experience with the machines currently in use in
doctors offices, dental offices, and medical centers across Southern California. Students
in the Vocational Nursing program are provided with iPads as part of Career Care Institute\'s
drive to make all of its campuses completely digital and eliminate the waste created by the
use of paper textbooks.
The Institutes two-story campus features break rooms and lawn areas for relaxation,
socializing, or studying between classes. The Ventura campus opened in 2004, six years after
the main campus, and is situated on the top floor of a two-story professional building. The
Moreno Valley campus is a limited-service branch, and opened in 2007 inside the Moreno
Valley Mall.
Career Care Institute holds accreditation through the Council on Occupational Education, an
agency recognized by the United States Department of Education. Furthermore, the state-level
Dental Board of California, Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians, and
California Department of Public Health recognize and grant the schools ability to train
students in the respective fields.
In addition, each campus maintains an Advisory Board of local medical professionals, such as
registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and doctors of dental surgery. These experts
guide the Institutes subject matter, teaching methods, equipment purchasing, and local
hiring needs. Prospective students can find more information at CareerCareInstitute.com.
