I just wanted to reach out to everyone and invite them to join the 90 day community challange with me. I recently started the 90 day challenge and my goal is to loose 50 + pounds. This system has changed my life and the life of so many others. I started this challange to get healthy and to loose an few pounds, once I seen the benefits I had to promote it for some reason it was my way of giving back. What better gift than life? An chance to be healthy. Just being able to go to your doctor and he actully tells you that you can stop takeing an specific medication instead of adding to the ones that you already have. My name is Shala Riddle, I am a single parent and grandmother. I strive on a daily bases to put God first and provide for my family.
