I was engaged by the director of the above company's to establish and
maintain the accounting processes for the business from setting up the MYOB
chart of accounts, hire purchase applications and maintaining lease
payments, processing payroll, accounts payable and receivable to
preparation of BAS Statements on a quarterly basis and lodging of
Superannuation Returns, ACIRT, Long Service Forms, Child Support, Payroll
Tax and issuing Group Certificates.

I was involved with preparing the Tender to Sydney Water to become an agent
to accept and process Section 73 Applications. I was trained and accredited
by Sydney Water as a Project Manager for the E-developer processing system
in addition to accreditations in Access and Policy. I was responsible for
setting up the procedures for this process from accepting and lodging
applications, preparation of designs and lodgement, project management and
construction to the final step of issue of the Section 73 Certificate. I
dealt with both developers and Sydney Water Representative's on a daily
basis. This involved establishing a system for each step in the process
including setting up templates for the correspondence, list of documents
required, recording dates for each process, Sydney Water Departments and
contacts for each area, project files required on site and booking
inspections with Sydney Water. This also involved liaising with other Water
Service Co-ordinators, Designers, Constructors and Sydney Water Inspectors.


I was responsible for reviewing the Quality Assurance System to adjust
documents to meet the requirements of the Sydney Water Contract then
maintaining the system for audits carried out by Sydney Water and the
Certifying body at which I was present.

I trained several staff members to not only use Sydney Water's program but
how to prepare, lodge and record all documentation for the detailed
processes involved. I also trained staff in the maintenance of the QA
System.

Designing the website, business cards, brochures, letterheads etc. was
another of my tasks. I also set up internet banking for several bank
accounts, established insurances, drafted Employment Agreements and the
relevant requirements for a new company to commence trading.

the leading suppliers of fresh fruits and vegetables to airways, clubs,
