My husband Charlie & I are licensed Mobile home sales Agents with Harris Mobile Home Sales in Tucson, AZ.

We list and sell mobile/manufactured homes in parks and on private rental lots all over the Tucson area, both 55+ and family.

We specialize in the 55+ parks and clients, but also help families and younger people to find the right home in the right park.

When listing a home, we endeavor to price it for the current market and location in order to bring an offer to the seller. We assist the seller in preparing the home for sale and, if needed, help them to dispose of furnishings and household items. Our advertising is on several websites including one seen in Canada. Many of our clients are \"snowbirds\" seeking the pleasant weather found here in Tucson.

For the buyer, we provide any information we have pertaining to the home and it\'s condition. We recommend a professional home inspection and a termite inspection as a contingency to their offer on a home.

We make certain they see the Rules of the park in which the home is located and try to pre-qualify each potential buyer in order to show them the appropriate park/lot and home to meet their needs.

In the current economy, a manufactured/mobile home in a park is the most economical way for either a retiree on fixed income or young person/family just starting out. For those facing or having experienced foreclosure and/or bankruptcy, we are often able to assist them to get into a home of their own and begin rebuilding their credit.

We have financing available and our office has agents who speak Spanish to whom we refer our Spanish speaking prospects.
